Additional Information
In use since October 30, 1884. Dimensions of overprints: 21-22 - height 7.5 mm (double-line numerals, type "Latin initials"), 23 - height 12.5 mm (single-line numerals, type "roman capital"). From 22 exists with black instead of cherry red overprint. Fewer than 15 pieces are known. Reverse and double overprint stamps exist. From 23, there is a non-static defect in the cliché of the digit "1", which is located in several positions. So far, five such specimens are known. Distinctive features: clear outlines of overprint, faint relief impression on reverse of stamp. In practice, the relief shows well on unwashed 22 and 23. Stamps of this type of overprint were almost entirely used for affixing correspondence, unstamped ones are very rare. With the same plots 24-26.| BC № | Nominal | MNH | MLH | RG | Used/CTO |
