B. Viennese edition (1892) - 15 and 25 cents; They were printed at the Court State Printing Office - Vienna, Austria-Hungary; dimensions of the plates 16.5x22.5 mm.; paper - white, tough, well pressed, unmarked; name L10 1/2, 11, 11 1/2 and mixed in between; sheets in two wings /10x10/; circulations of 15 and 25 cents - circulation of 5,000,000. Printed by order of 05.02.1892. Put into use in July-August 1892. A major feature of much of the print run is the thickly layered, hard-to-wash gumming, leading to wrinkling of the washed stamps. From 25 cents there are stamps without serrations on one side.
B. Sofia issues /1893-1901/ - 1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 25 cents, 2 and 3 BGN. They were printed in the State Printing House - Sofia; dimensions of the plates 16.5x 22.5 mm.; sheets in two wings /10x10/. According to the type of paper and serrations, the edition has the following features:
1. on very thin paper /pelure/, with name L 11 1/2 - 10th century /1893/; circulation: 3,000,000 copies; Order from 07.1893. There are marks without serrations and without serrations on one side.
2. On rough paper, with no. D 12 3/4, L 11 1/2 - 1, 5, 10, 15, 25 cents (1894-1898); Circulations: 1 cent -9,498,000; 5 cents - 2,464,000; 10 cents - 999,800; 15 cents - 9,085,000; 25 cents - 1,016,000. The different values were introduced at different times during the period 1894-1898, with no definitive date for any value. There are marks without serrations.
3. On paper with c. zn. 2, with nom. D 12 3/4 - 2 and 3 BGN /1896/; circulations: 2 BGN - 205,000; BGN 3 - 100,000; printed by order of November 9, 1895, in use since April 30, 1896. Of the two values, there are brands without serrations. Partial watermark stamps are rarer due to the fact that the watermark covers only part of the printed sheet. The watermark also occurs mirrored, turned 180, and possibly mirrored and turned 180.
4. On cellulose paper, with no. 12 3/4 -1, 2, 3, 5, 10, 15, 25 cents /1899-1901/; circulations: 1 cent - 7,355,000; 2 cents -1,032,000; 3 cents 758 400; 5 cents - 4,801,000; 10 cents - 3,110,000; 15 cents - 2,215,000; 25 cents - 1,004,000. There is no information about their release - probably this happened in the period 01.1899-04.1899. From the 2nd, 3rd and 25th century there are stamps without serrations. There are thin paper copies of all values. The stamps on rough and pulp paper (sub-items "3" and "4") were printed with orders from: 03.12.1894, 14.03.1897, 17.12.1897. 08.05.1898 24.07.1898 16.09.1898, 16.02.1899, 10.09.1899, and 22.01.1901. It is not clear on which of the orders stamps were printed on rough paper, and on which - on cellulose paper.
The values of 30 cents, 50 cents, 1 BGN are only from the "Paris" edition, and 2 and 3 BGN - only from the "Sofia" edition, and were printed only once.
