Additional Information 129-131 are printed on chalk (glossy) paper, from 131 there are also on thin paper. Existence of marks without serrations (samples) of all four values ​​is suggested. 129-131 were ordered together with those of the I War Edition in early 1917 and also commemorate the War of Liberation. Therefore, the years 1915-1917 appear on them, and their nominal values ​​are not duplicated with the "military" ones. For some reason, the printing of the "jubilees" was delayed and they were put into use only in 1918, and the jubilee of Ferdinand I was marked with 117, 121 and 124.
