Additional Information
Inverted, displaced and wrong overprints exist, as well as pairs of stamps, one without overprint. * 142-151 were used as charity stamps for the benefit of Bulgarian prisoners of war from the First World War. They were sold at the original face value of the original stamps, and for postal service the overprinted face value was valid. Due to the high surcharge, they are practically not used for sticking postal items.| BC № | Nominal | MNH | Used/CTO |

Additional Information
152-157 are printed on low quality newsprint. The entire edition is of very poor quality - with folds on the paper, partial missing or soiled gum and poor serration. There are stamps with larger margins and those with a reduced format due to serrations near the illustration. Of all the values, they are found without serrations and without serrations on one side, and from 152-154 - pairs, without perforation in between. At 152-157, only those in a pair where at least one of the margins is over 6 mm are recognized as non-serrated. 10,000 series were retained in the printing house, which in 1932 were sold to the merchant B. Asenov.| BC № | Nominal | MNH | Used/CTO |
