Additional Information From 219, there are both serrations: linear and comb-shaped. See note on issue and use at 216-217. 218-219 were additionally issued to provide the necessary denominations for air correspondence abroad. All overprinted quantities from 218-219 were handed over to "BUNAVAD". The company also sold unused stamps to stamp dealers abroad.
