Additional Information

From 325-326 exist without serration on one side and pairs, without perforation between. Stamps are printed on glossy paper. They are the first stamps printed in a state printing house - Sofia by intaglio copper stamping. 325-327 were issued by Decree I of the Council of Ministers of 24.VI.1936 on the occasion of the holding on 15 and 16.VIII.1936 of the IV International Congress of Slavic Geographers and Ethnographers.
