The stamps, which were not sold by the deadline for use, were used in the Central Post Office - Sofia by the internal postal service. 332 were used to collect postage. 328-323 were issued by Decree III of the Council of Ministers of 31.11.1937 (SG, No. 85/19. IV.1937) with a view to assisting the Committee for the erection of a monument to St. St. Cyril and Methodius in Sofia. Due to the strong interest shown in the publication and in order to avoid speculation with them, by Decree VI of the Council of Ministers of 27.
