Additional Information The values were printed as early as 1942 with a 1940 order, along with 443-450, but due to the small print run and specular hazard, they were held in the securities vault. They were put into use probably due to a shortage of stamps when tariffs were changed in March 1944.

Additional Information 505 is printed on two types of paper: smooth, slightly thicker, and thin, low-quality (newspaper). Of the brands with comb-like serrations, there are also shades in color, as well as with a mirror print on the back. Of the brands with linear serrations, there are no serrations on one side and a pair, without perforation in the middle.
