Today I will show you how you can access and browse back issues of the magazine "Philatelen Pregled" completely free of charge. I sincerely hope you are satisfied with the information.Since the website Philately Bulgaria - New Generation does not own copyrights, nor does it have permission to distribute old issues of the magazine "Philatel Pregled", I decided to look for someone who does. It turned out that the colleagues from the "Bulgarian Philatelic Academy" own such rights and permissions and 99% of the magazines for the period 1959 - 2003 are uploaded to their website. Unfortunately, some of the years are not visible there and for this reason I will put specific links to each year.
