Additional information:Of all the values, there are also serrated L 10 3/4:11 1/2 and L 11 1/2:10 3/4, as well as with the other watermark. 299-303 were issued by Decree IV of the Council of Ministers of 26.VI.1935 (SG, No. 147/4. VII. 1935) on the occasion of the consecration of the monument-mausoleum of King Vladislav Varnenchik in Varna on August 4, 1935, 30% of the net income from the sale of the stamps was to be given to the Committee for the construction of the monument-mausoleum.
