There is a mistake in the cliché of the 310 called "broken rifle". 308-312 were issued by Decree I of the Council of Ministers of 15.VII.1935 (SG, No. 167/29.VII. 1935) on the occasion of the consecration of the monument of the voivode Hadzhi Dimitar in Sliven on 8.XI.1935, 30% of the net income from the sale of the stamps should be given to the Committee for the erection of the monument.
