According to the descriptions of other catalogs, out of 2,200 block sheets, 200 sheets were printed for Mr. Simeon Saxe-Coburg-Gotha, on paper with UV thread without adhesive layer, distributed by him during the celebration for his 80th anniversary in the Vrana Palace. The same is not confirmed by the officially published announcements of the Ministry of Transport and Communications and the official catalogs of Bulgarian Posts. From this it can be concluded that the publication of UV filament is either illegal or private.
