Additional information:There are marks with a horizontally or vertically shifted overprint. In some cases, the horizontal shift is significant and the mark falls on two adjacent marks in the sheet, with the "0" being on the left and the "1" on the right edge of the mark. In these cases, only one of the digits appears on the stamps in the final vertical columns of the postal list: "1" or "0". With strongly vertically shifted overprints, half of the digit "10" is at the top and the other half at the bottom of the mark. There are inverted, double-overprinted, double-overprinted stamps - one inverted, as well as a pair - one stamp without overprint. There is information that after the overprinting more than 100,000 waste paper copies of 68 were not destroyed, and some of them were sold through the post offices in the larger cities in the period 1919-1929.
