The whole edition is of very poor quality - with folds on the paper, partial lack of rubber, staining of the drawing and especially of the text "pennies", poor serration. They occur without serration, without serration on one side and in pairs, between without perforation. Some of the print runs are perforated with very thin needles, the holes are small and the stamps are difficult to tear from each other, which violates the integrity of the serration. |
