You are on one of the few active Bulgarian sites publishing materials about the wonderful hobby of Philately.

If you have visited this site, it means that you want to know exactly how things are happening in Bulgarian philately. Here you will find publications about the thick and thin scams of philatelists, members of the Union of Bulgarian Philatelists, the Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Specialized Expert Council on Stamp Issuance, the Specialized Division "Bulgarian Philately and Numismatics" (BFN) at "Bulgarian Post" EAD and others .We will try to support all claims with documents from the various institutions, and what we can't, we will write as "Conspiracy Theory".The site will also offer the possibility to add posts from users.

Not to be pessimistic, here you'll also find kudos to those same individuals and institutions for a job well done. I sincerely hope that one day the praises will outnumber the negative posts.
