📝 Additional Information ▼
From 358 there is a round outline on the chest like a medallion, and from 359 - without the lower frame, as well as without perforation (sample). On 16.VI.1938 the Constituent Congress of the Union of Bulgarian Philatelists took place, at which Prince Simeon Tarnovski was declared its honorary chairman. There are many philatelic materials covered with stamps 358-362, stamped with the seal of the congress.
