Additional Information ▼
The overprint is in two types of ink - glossy and matte, with matte ink overprints being valued at + 20%. They are overprinted from 29 and on thin paper. The same overprint also exists on 13 ("two stotinki"). There are stamps with an inverted and double overprint, as well as pairs - one stamp without an overprint, but there are reasonable doubts about the existence of this curiosity.
