Additional information:Most of the circulation was handed over to the Bulgarian p.t.t. stations found in Bucharest and Braila (where the headquarters of the Allies were located), as well as to the Romanian territories in Dobrudzha captured by the Bulgarian troops. They were used for the correspondence of the local population with Bulgaria. There are marks with a horizontally or vertically shifted overprint. In the event of a significant horizontal shift, the overprint falls on two adjacent stamps in the sheet, with the years "1916-1917" appearing at the left end of the stamps and the text "Post in Romania" at the right end. In these cases, the stamps in the terminal vertical columns of the postal list shall bear only the years or only the text. There are also stamps with the years printed on the left and right, and the text in the middle. Due to fast printing and ordinary typographic typesetting, there is a significant number of errors in the text and years of overprinting. Of 113 and 114 they exist with "1919-1917" instead of "1916-1917", and of 114 - with "1619-1917" instead of "1916-1917", and the prices of these varieties vary between 20.00 - 40.00. |
