Additional information:From 358 there is a round outline of the chest like a medallion, and from 359 - without the lower frame, as well as without serration (sample). On 16.VI.1938, the Constituent Congress of the Union of Bulgarian Philatelists was held, at which Prince Simeon Tarnovski was declared its honorary chairman. There are many philatelic materials stamped with stamps 358-362, stamped with the seal for the congress.
